You can do this in person at reception or via their Please Tell Us What You Think (PTUWYT) feedback survey. This is tracked and forms part of the service monitoring process.

MEET THE MANAGER
Brockwell Lido's Manager holds a monthly "Meet the Manager" session, to which all users are invited. They are a great way to speak directly with the Fusion team that run the Lido.
If you have a complaint to make that the best way to do this is directly to Fusion.
If you would like BLU to raise an issue, or there is a recurring or systemic issue that you'd like us to address, then please tell us.
We meet regularly with Fusion and hold them accountable via the Brockwell Lido Steering Group.
